It is the responsibility of the customer to read the terms and conditions.

DropZone Specialties and www.dropzonespecialties.com, and all the information and content are sold under these Terms and Conditions.


Please be sure of your choices when you are ordering. Custom orders cannot be changed once they are ordered. Please check the accuracy of your personal information and the items you are ordering prior to ordering. DropZone Specialties will not be responsible for any cost related to an incorrect order. If a replacement order is required, DZS will create a new order and diligently work with our third party trade service to remedy your order; however, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement and you, the customer, will be responsible for all costs and related charges in acquiring replacement merchandise.


All items are shipped within approximately 48hrs of when they are in stock. If an item is not immediately in stock, or readily available for us to print or cut in-house, lead time for delivery may range from 3-5 weeks.  Some orders are sourced through third party trade services in which case we are at the mercy of that company to supply our orders in a timely manner. Return Policy

All items purchased from DropZone Specialties or www.dropzonespecialties.com are to be considered sold as-is with no returns, exchanges or refunds implied.

No refunds will be issued for any damages that occurred during shipping, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipper.

No refunds or returns are accepted for any custom orders whatsoever; all custom orders are specifically designed, printed, cut or ordered for you and not returnable.


You may cancel a non custom order within 48hrs of the purchase; however the order will be subject to 25% cancellation fee. If the order has already shipped, you will incur the 25% cancellation fee and the return shipping fee, the original shipping fee is not refundable.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are not refundable, returnable, and cancelable for refund or credit, and you will be charged per the invoice at time of purchase.

Acceptance of Delivery / Shipment

All goods are shipped at purchasers risk after it is carefully inspected, securely packed.

You are required to inspect each and every box of your order for damages or missing items prior to accepting your delivery. Accepting your delivery by you or someone acting on your behalf is your acknowledgement that the merchandise(s) as listed on the packing slip were all received and in good condition. Once an order is delivered and accepted, the return options are limited and based on the sole discretion of DZS.

If you accept a shipment and an item was damaged by the shipper, you must place a claim with the shipper.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive a defective product that was not damaged by the shipping company, you must notify DZS within 5 days of acceptance for consideration. Defective products are:

  • torn
  • scratches
  • removed from release liner
  • dented or creased print

Defective products must be returned prior to receiving any credit or replacement.


DropZone Specialties is located in Central Point, Oregon; no sales tax will be charged to purchases shipped in Oregon State. All and any taxes of any government authority with jurisdiction over this sale are to be paid by the buyer.


Finishes and materials often vary from photos in brochures and online images. Many variables affect the finished product.  Slight variations from the manufacturer from roll to roll can cause prints to appear lighter or darker.  DZS makes every attempt to keep our products consistent.  To ensure the highest likelihood of consistency, please order the all items for a single setup.

We strive to offer the highest quality products and a wide variety of services; some services are sourced through third party trade services.  At DZS, we do our due diligence to ensure a quality product.  In rare cases, banding (streaks through the print) or pixilation (generally a problem with the supplied artwork) can take place.  We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements, but we do our best to remedy the situation; however, we make no guarantees.

Warranty and Disclaimer

DZS unfortunately cannot personally warrant any custom printed or cut goods sold here-under beyond a small window, and at DZS discretion, given the nature of the industry and the product. It is the responsibility of the customer or end user to ensure proper installation of our supplied products. We cannot warranty against damage or breakage from misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, modification, mishandling or wear resulting from normal use.

Our products carry the following warranty:

  • Banners – 30 days
  • Decals and plotter cut vinyl – 14 days
  • Vehicle wraps with MPI or IJ material – 30 days
  • Apparel – 7 days
  • Stickers carry no warranty beyond delivery


We will not trade, sell, or rent the personal information you provide to us in purchasing our products online or in person. We may use the information to create and develop statistics about our customers, online traffic, and sales but this information will be solely for DZS and will not include any personal identifying information.


DropZone Specialties reserves the right to revise and update the terms and conditions at any time. Revisions may be due to changes in the law, DZS policy or other factors. Prices, terms, products, dimensions and all information on this website are subject to change without notice.


Everything on this site is property of DropZone Specialties. This includes all designs, images, pictures, multimedia, graphics and text.

If your credit card was charged for the purchase and your order cancelled, DZS will issue a credit to your credit card.
